The print was added to the collection in 1950's. It is unknown (to me) if the image was ever published and if there are other prints of it.
Note on why I used Template:PD-Polish for this image[edit]
Although the license states that the image should have been published, the Polish copyright law of 1926 (valid until 1952) did not required it. Article 3 says "Prawo Autorskie do utworów fotograficznych lub otrzymanych w podobny do fotografji sposób istnieje pod warunkiem, że zastrzeżenie wyraźnie uwidoczniono na odbitkach." what can be translated as "Copyrights to works of photography or created in similar to photography manner exist under condition that copyright notice is clearly visible in the prints". Copyright law from 1952 was not retroactive, and Copyright Law from 1994 covered retroactively only works that had copyright protection before (see Article 124 1.3). -- Jarekt 03:29, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
