Higher-quality version

For anyone interested, there's a much better (in my opinion) rendition of the Great Seal at [1], as shown at the Ohio Department of Transportation's website [2]. Having grown up in Ohio, I've seen this version, with its yellow harvested fields (that match the bundle of hay) and blue circular frame, a lot more often.
