Just an observation...[edit]

The "Negative_Pregnancy_Test.JPG" image has a 2nd line, which would usually indicate a positive, albeit weak. I'm not challenging whether or not it was medically negative, but it is visually positive, unless that particular test required both lines to be of equal darkness. I'm not aware of any pregnancy tests that require anything more than a 2nd line which appears in the allowed time-frame and is not grey in color (indicating an evaporation line). Maybe it's just my monitor or my eyes, but that line appears to have color. I would probably use a different photo to show what a negative pregnancy test generally looks like.

Also: The darker of the lines should be in the control (C) region of the test and the lighter should be in the test (T) section. This test clearly shows a very faint but colored line in the control (C) region of the result window and a very dark line in the test (T) region of the result window. It is a very confusing photo and probably should not be used as a source image for a "negative pregnancy test."

I'm embarrased to say I never noticed that while taking the picture. Can't remember what the particular situation was, clearly an invalid test if taken within the alloted time. As it is I can't see the use in the picture, perhaps not even as a false negative test. Bobjgalindo (talk) 23:06, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
