Water Balloon?[edit]
In the image it appears her dress is stained with something. I'm wondering if she got splattered with something wet, like maybe she got hit with a water balloon, and that might explain why she doesn't appear very happy in the picture. A picture alone tells a thousand stories though, and who can say just what really happened? Myself, I can't tell. --Neptunerover (talk) 09:26, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
