Why is this image tagged as 'copyright free use'? The source link claims '© February 2005. Sedona Magazine.' -- Solipsist 06:12, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

On the Byways.org site, the way it works is, if there are any restrictions on usage, it will let you know when you select the size you want to download. If you don't see any such message, then it's free for use. For example, see [1]. Click an image size to download and you are immediately presented with the terms of use. If an image is unavailable for use, on the other hand, then you can't even download it to begin with (see [2]).
