Nice photo, but I think this is Aedes alboannulatus, rather than notoscriptus. Note the following features:
- Upright forked scales on vertex of head black
- Proboscis and/or hind tibia mottled with pale scales
- Scutum with patches of white scales
- Prescutellar area usually with broad white scales
- Sternites with black median patch or stripe and lateral apical patches, remainder white, rarely all white
- Hindfemur dark, mottled with ochre knee spot and pre-apical pale ring.
