The description includes the following provenance: "As Michael's assistant for many years, I had the pleasure to meet Elton and to snap this personal photo. Dave Bradley" . Thus, as stated, it is a work for hire, owned and paid for by me, Michael Laucke, to Dave Bradley, my executive assistant and long time employee of my company, Michael Laucke & company.
