If the glyphs were ligible, that would be correct. However, this is for illustrative purposes only. Since the inscription is illegible, it it pretty much irrelevant. For illustrative purposes, the reading order given would be correct if the inscription only consisted of the glyphs visible in the photo. Apparently, these glyphs are from Temple XVIII at Palenque, and the majority had fallen away from the wall, leaving the original reading order unknown - they have just been mounted together.
