Crop image. Move legend to the left and make text larger

Can you remove the space on the left side of the image? Also, can you remove the white space from the top and bottom of the image? That way the map shows up larger in Wikipedia articles at 400px width, and it takes up less space in the Wikipedia article.

Also, can you move the legend all the way to the left side of the image, and make the text larger so that it is readable in 400 pixel wide versions of the map? For example; in this revision of this article:
