Personality rights and copyright violation tag[edit]

I dispute the speedy deletion tag:

Firstly, "personality rights" is not really the same thing as copyright. This photo is freely licensed so there is no copyright problem.
Secondly, the person depicted in this photo is a famous person and they were photographed with their knowledge in a public place. There should be absolutely no concern of "personality rights" with this image. Please reconsider the tag or tell me what further information is required to keep this image. The photo may be taken with their knowledge, but did they know what license it would be published under? Though as you have asserted that it was in fact a public place and I'm willing to believe you (photo certainly doesn't look public) tag has been removed. --Pumpmeup 20:48, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much. It was definitely a public place. I cropped out another person (a non-famous fan). You can see the original image here on Flickr. The occasion was the "Mack Brown Women's Football Clinic", which is held annually by The University of Texas at Austin. If you check that flickr photostream, you will see other similar poses, and more people. Finally, here is an advertisement (PDF) for the 2002 version of the same event.
