Why a tilted horizon is better than an horizontal one?[edit]

For some unfathomable reason, my edits of this image were reverted. I had set it straight, but apparently some folks prefer to see a tilted image, showing a full Atlantic Ocean threatening to flood onto the Brazilian land mass. The current image makes me feel uneasy. Any editor of a decent printed Encyclopedia or Geography book would reject it right away. Why? Because an horizon is supposed to be horizontal. --AVM 03:43, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
