Note on copyright provenance[edit]

I noticed this has come up for speedy deletion. The PD-textlogo claim is only on this file because someone edited it and erased the uploader's own license. The uploader claims to be the author, tagged it as {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}}, and appears to be G.W. Van Alstine, the promotions director for WIBI in Illinois, so he may very well be the author of this logo. The license tag needs to be reverted (or re-added); and if there are any doubts, someone should contact the uploader to see if he can do COM:OTRS with legal clearance from IBI.
