There's way too much red in southwestern Quebec... the Outaouais (administrative region #07) is about 14% English and 79% French, but almost all of the inhabitants of this region live in spots painted red on this map ! Matju2 (talk) 17:50, 30 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
