The photo is credited to an employee of the Smithsonian Institute, which I thought made it a product of the U.S. government, and not subject to copyright. If there is an exception that allows the Smithsonian to copyright the work of its employees, that's fine, but I was not aware of exception. -- Donald Albury (talk) 21:49, 18 May 2012 (UTC)
