Sure the photo is old and probably is PD but there is not any source information- where the image was obtained (website, book?) or who took the photo (which is needed for the 70 years since death of author tag). The picture may have been taken in 1898, but the photographer could have lived for another 50 years and it would still be under copyright. Plus there is no tag indicating this is PD in the US. Names of the persons[edit]
The names of the persons on the picture were wrong during upload. This has been validated and corrected after retrieving info from the publisher of the book.
