The women are RUSSIAN ORTHODOX.
Apart from this 100% certain fact, there was no such thing as "Jordanian" in 1913, not for at least another 3 decades.
1. Who can fix this gross mistake?
2. Where does the photo come from? Indicating the source would sort out any controversy.
I think it's a pretty good bet that it's by Stephen Graham, who joined a Russian pilgrimage in 1911 and took photos on the way.
