The Emeril that the photo description credits as the source of the recipe is Emeril Lagasse. A search for the recipe turns up this. I'd think of it as a variation on jalapeno poppers. — VulcanOfWalden (talk) 07:13, 28 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
