Picture is unbecoming a Commander in Chief[edit]

hi, this looks more like old frat brothers goofing around. The fellow who appears out of place. Out of all the pictures of ambassadors why this one? JFK there might trick is into just accepting it. It might have worked had he been assassinated but they only faked it. Why not? If you can fake it then that is much better. What's the point of having film if you don't take advantage of its magic.
