this analysis seems bogus, since the "Situation" rankings cited have no correlation to the DAI numbers listed. The USA and UK both have higher DAIs than Australia, yet the former have "middling" rankings, while Australia has "good." Furthermore, the figure needs updating, since subsequent data shows Australia is one of worst offenders.

Information is not credible, because the links in the table section "DAI" no longer exist. In addition, this image informations contradict with the other images on Wikimedia Commons (like: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Internet_blackholes.svg)!
