as an unoriginal reproduction of a 2-dimensional work of art, this probably is not copyrightable. The original design dates to before 1920. It is not clear to me how it falls under PD-Switzerland-official, but it most likely does fall under PD-Art (1920 is a terminus ante quem, the design more likely dates to around 1900).
