Any other use of the Site, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission or display of the content, is strictly prohibited." so how can this picture be PD?

Whirlwind, by the way, supports the trade in illegitimate antiquities. Does Wikipedia really want to use this?

Apart the fact that it is called Wildwinds, and does not trade anything:
  1. CNG allowed the release of copyrights on this site (see Template talk:CNG)
  2. Moreover, to be copyrighted, a photo must be "artistic". Probably a photo of a coin is not "artistic" enough (I am sure it is not when the object is 2D)
