The Bisexual Alliance Victoria Inc, an Australian group for bisexual people, have been using the logo since November 2010, see http://www.bi-alliance.org/?p=32

The original Designer of this Symbol ( Maya Posch ) is being intersex(ed), herself, and designed the Symbol telling me about its intentional Meaning as being a Sybol for the infinite possible Ways to be intersex(ed). While talking with her, we found the Name "Intersex Infinity" for the Symbol and she agreed to my Idea to include the Symbol into my Collection of 22 Symbols for Sex/Gender-Categories and loading rendered Examples of all 22 Symbols up and licensing them as done, so, that everyone would be allowed to use the rendered Version of the Symbol for each and every Use for free, as long as both of our Names are credited. I'll contact her to tell her about the Use of the Symbol by The Bisexual Alliance Victoria Inc. As the Version shown on the Website of the "Bi-Alliance" is different from my Version, Maya Posch may have allowed the Use of her Symbol in that Case, too. Nonetheless, her Intention has been to symbolize the Infinity of possible Intersex-Conditions.
