Fimbrination[edit]

Another fact mentioned at fotw is that "the disk is two-thirds the width of the flag". While the flags at the government website and CIA World Factbook show an identical flag with the correct proportion, the professionally described proportion at vexilla mundi indicates the hight of the disk as 50 out of 100. Although Ales Brozek reports a letter from the Dominican government at fotw in 2005 as you say that there is no yellow fimbrination, the flag both at the government website and the World Factbook of CIA show a clear fimbrination.--Demoeconomist (talk) 17:21, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Colours[edit]

The Dominican Government site has two different flags, one top left, and one in the official description. Someone should find out which version is correct. --Slashme 08:02, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
