The flag is some combination with the w:Albanian flag nd it's not a true flag. The true flag an find here. Replace this one with the true one.

The flag might be look better if it is updated with this new version based on same flag but with more of the detail included
- The problem is that it looks like the image was traced from either http://cdn2.bigcommerce.com/server4100/fbaa7/products/137/images/228/ConnachtFlag__58543.1321814471.1280.1280.gif or https://www.hampshireflag.co.uk/images/Flags/Connacht-Flag.jpg and that is something the Commons doesn't allow. The image in question is a public arms crest of one of the provinces of ireland used unilaterally in various forms by many organistaions none of which hold license over it, it would be different if it was an altered version specific to an organistaion, you can find many more sites with the flag being used at present, my original flag was made from the exact same flag it was just devoid of the colour. I have uploaded a image file showing the more accurate 1651 correct version but am unable to make a correct match as of yet, would you be able to advise on that the image is to weak and cluttered to make a svg Caomhan27 (talk) 18:17, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
- The thing is when it comes to flags is that while the base design is public domain, each person will be able to draw their own version and make a copyright claim on that rendition. That is what I am pointing out. Besides that aspect, the flag looks very crudely drawn and it has all of the trappings of a tracing in a program. It needs to be cleaned up. Ya i understand that can happen the version in question however is used exactly as shown widely in ireland and is a public, desipte this i have altered the image to look more like my orignal version and have added the missing detail along with cleaning it up.
