As a result of browsing today, some files are produced by others. (File:Bandera de Bolivia (Estado).svg) This user has modified the arms with a new file. I think it would not matter if you could replace it with this file if you can. I think it would be appreciated if you could replace it with a file that I made. I want request upload a new version from File:Flag of Bolivia (state) validated.svg. I confirmed that the last time I asked for something was wrong, this time I uploaded a file that modified my existing file. The file I am editing is a valid file.
