FYI, the source image page at Flickr stipulates no derivative works (CC-by-ND 2.0). That contradicts the licensing shown on this page, and is not permissible on Commons, right? Of course, it's always possible that the flickr user changed the licensing..., but I'd imagine it very rare to see one do that from CC-by to CC-by-ND (since that would indicate a high degree of comprehension of how the license works). --96.231.44.244 07:39, 16 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I changed the licensing on my flickr images after this picture had already been uploaded. The reason it was changed: a Commons user uploaded one of my images, but made it appear it was his own work. To keep that from happening in the future, I changed the licensing so that Wikimedia projects can no longer upload my images. My photos are still being uploaded, but by yours truly.
