The logo on this page can not be used for Elsevier Weekblad (current brandname of Elsevier (opinieweekblad)). RELX has not given a licence for the use of this Elevier logo. The Elsevier brand is exclusively being used by RELX. This has been agreed with current owner of Elsevier Weekblad OneBusiness. As you can see on the file page, this logo is considered "Public domain". It is not considered an original work which can be protected by copyright. Of course, it cannot be used on other magazines. But it can be used on articles on Wikipedia. Elly (talk) 20:19, 16 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
