I'm sorry to inform you, but that cannot possibly be Corsica. Corsica is over 100km away from the mainland and not likely to be visible from relatively low altitude. I.e., it's behind the horizon or simply too far to see due to dust in the air.

The larger island is Elba, the tiny specks in the foreground must be minor islets in the Gulf of Follonica. They are often omitted on maps, but they're there! They could be Topi and Palmaiola, shown on this map: http://www.welcometuscany.it/tuscany/tuscany_beaches_coasts/etruscan_coast/elba_island/elba_map_big.jpg
