Legibility

This map currently has legibility problems. Usually I prefer the JPEG scans at archive.org to the scans from the DJVU files from the same source, but in this case the DJVU scans seem more legible. Currently I am using the JPEG scans, but at some point it may be advisable to use the DJVU scans or some entirely different source. Bob Burkhardt (talk) 21:21, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
