Speedy deletion tag

I'm not sure why this is up for deletion as a copyright violation, along with all the other Hatfield College images. I can't see the relevant OTRS ticket, but I was in the same year as the editor who took the photographs, and I'm almost certain he took the photographs himself (such as the picture of the college chapel). Where is this image thought to be a copyvio from? If it's assumed to be copied from the Hatfield MCR Website, for example [1], that's only because the web officer of the MCR website at the time was also the editor on Wikipedia, and probably took the photographs for use on the MCR website. (Note the similarity, quality and size of these images to the ones that have been deleted.) They're certainly not professional grade images. If they are, I can't imagine why a commercial photographer would be snooping around the college... Rob enwiki (talk) 23:39, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
