Galero im Wappen[edit]
Nicht dass das Wappen so falsch wäre, aber verzichtet Stefan Oster nicht offiziell auf den Galero im Wappen? Siehe http://www.bistum-passau.de/bistum/bischof-dr-stefan-oster-sdb/wappen für die offizielle Darstellung.
Not to be said that the coat of arms is wrong this way, but according to my information Stefan Oster omitted the galero in his coat of arms. See link above for official decription.

- El escudo tal y como se usa oficialmente no parece el emblema de un obispo católico, parece el escudo de una institución religiosa. Necesito que las personas de cualquier parte del mundo, cuando vean el escudo lo puedan identificar como el emblema de un obispo católico.
