This is a US-built 1900 Cleveland Electric 3½hp Stanhope. It was built by the Cleveland Machine Screw Company of Cleveland. Later, the car was known as the Sperry. This particular vehicle is a regular contender at the London to Brighton Run, f.e 2005 or 2008.--Chief tin cloud (talk) 19:27, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
