Copyright licensing and permission

This file is an extracted version of File:Hall And Oates with Chris Isaak - The O2 - Saturday 28th October 2017 HallOatesO2281017-26 (24446890518).jpg, and the licensing of that file has been verified as being acceptable for Commons by the bot FlickreviewR 2. So, unless the source file is deleted for some reason, this extracted file should be just as acceptable for Commons as long as its licensing isn't anymore restrictive than the original. This file was deleted as a result of Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Shoot for the Stars, but it was subsequently restored based upon a discussion with the deleting administrator at User talk:Missvain#Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Shoot for the Stars. If anyone has concerns about this file's licensing, then they should check the original source image.
