Species Epitheton[edit]
Chaetoceros loreus is not listed in current Databases e.g. AlgaeBase, WoRMS, Nordic MicroAlgae, NCBI etc 2021-08-04).
For this reason, I was in discussion with Kristian Peters ("webmaster@korseby.net").
He confirmed this observation. Unfortunately he was not successful to find a reference in his documents so far. So he suggested to change the caption and rename the species name to Chaetoceros cf. lorenzianus.
If I get any news here I'll add this here also.
