Isn't this map a little silly, or would be any modern centum/satem map?
Romanian appears among the satem languages and French among the centum languages. The words for "hundred" in these languages are "sută" and "cent" respectively; both are pronounced with an 's' (i.e. an alveolar fricative). But both derive from Latin centum. It seems quite pointless to divide them by an artificial line. --Saforrest (talk) 21:09, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
