This old photo is not Wapaue Mosque, some reasons: 1. The Wapaue Mosque does not have many columns surrounding the building. 2. The Wapaue mosque type has not a space that we called "selasar" or terrace at North and South side of the building. The Wapaue Mosque only has main prayer hall with enclosure/wall from "gaba-gaba" and a terrace space only at East side. 3. The proportion of mosque in that old picture is totally different compare to The Wapaue Mosque. It is too big and too high in scale. 4. There is an old mosque in Kaitetu which almost similar with that photo is Hena Lua Mosque in Kaitetu built in 1879.
