Wrong description and file name, photo of LEIR and not LEAR

The photo is not showing the LEAR! It is alredy the succesor LEIR, what is apparently visible at the left side. There is the electron cooling system seen which was not part of the LEAR. For comparison you will find a photo of LEAR here (from the 1980's without electron cooling) and from 1990 here with the electron cooling device of LEAR (installed in 1987 and moved to the Antiproton Decelerator in 1998). The electron-cooling-device for LEIR was commissioned 2005 (built in collaboration with BINP).
