Wrong name[edit]
Wrong and misleading name. There are no proofs that such a cross was prevalent in or especially typical to the Byzantine Empire. This is simply a cross, just a stylistic variant with the beams being very thin. Nothing particular, and nothing particularly "Byzantine".
