Should we censor this?[edit]

I do not believe blue is an acceptable color for a burqa. I am sure many of my devout Muslim brothers would agree upon this. It is a bright attention-grabbing color which will excite a man's wiles. Furthermore, I am able to make out the silhouette of the right shoulder of the one pictured on the left (who is standing to the right of the other one). Body parts should not be visible like this, it shows off the female form and sexualizes them to onlookers. Furthermore, the mesh covering the face is so loosely woven one can easily make out their eyes and eyebrows!

By allowing this image, you are going to offend many with conservative values by traipsing these women around as sexual objects. I am heartened by the recent co-operation with Fox News and hope to see that soon you will also be removing provocative inappropriate and unnecessary depictions as this one. I do not want my children to see them, they will get a false sense of how to wear the burqa and grow up to be harlots. One day a shoulder's form is visible, the next week she may be baring them in front of non-females! TY© (talk) 09:42, 13 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
