Could you please explain...[edit]

This file is one of the first 20 images to transclude the {{Personality rights}} tag. In a recent discussion at Commons:Village pump#Questioning when the personality rights tag is relevant... another contributor made a broad claim defending how this tag was generally used. I argued that its use on non-obvious images like this suggested to me it was being applied to images without meaningful consideration as to whether doing so was helpful or useful.

@Hekerui: applied this tag, in this edit. I'd appreciate them explaining why they thought it was a good idea to do so.

I didn't introduce this, there was a non-template personality rights note which I replaced. I don't remember (13 years ago) why I thought it makes more sense to replace than to delete the note - maybe because the picture has been taken in Turkey and consent is required there?
