Unfortunately the file description is not very helpful yet. Despite the licensing issue I do believe that this map shows the railway lines (small red lines) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and surrounding countries sometime between 1891 and 1897, which had been part of Austria-Hungary then. Maybe the uploader or someone else may help and clarify what this map really shows resp. confirm my assumption. I believe that the map does display railway lines, that had been opened in 1891 (e.g. the Vinkovci–Sremska Mitrovica section), but does not show railway lines that had been opened in 1897 (e.g. the Novska–Dugo Selo railway line) or later (such as Bosnian Eastern Railway). @Kleeblatt187: This map is part of a larger map, showing the Kingdom of Hungary, as part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. (At that time, Austro-Hungarian Empire and Austro-Hungarian Monarchy were both in official use). After the battle of Königratz, Hungarians and the Austrian (Habsburg) House made a compromise in 1867. Since that time to 1920 on the maps of the Austro-Hungarian Empire there are two parts: the Hungarian Kingdom and the territories of the eternal (inherited) territories of the Habsburg House. This map was probably made by Kogutovicz Manó, a Hungarian map writer. Bosznia is showed as a country to the south from the Empire. You are probabry right: the map shows (proved by the railway lines) Bosznia between 1891 and 1897. I have dared to add the same information to File:Csehország.JPG and File:Morvaország (Osztrák-Magyar Birodalom).JPG as these files seem to be from the same series resp. the same "main map".
