Erroneous caption?[edit]
The caption dates this picture to "during World War II", but Lauren Bacall did not look like this during the war. This is almost certainly a picture from the 1950's and not World War II. The source link is dead so I can't research the source through Armed Forces Radio. Other sources online cite this same image as "during World War II" but may have sourced the information from Wikipedia or the same source.
