Just a note regarding your description of the ammolite photo. It is described as being from the Rocky Mountains of Alberta. Ammolite is only found in the Plains region of southern ALberta, along the St. Mary River. There is no ammolite found in the Rockey Mountains themselves, although they are a few hundred kilometres to the west.
