Another contributor removed the {{PD-Afghanistan}} from this image, with the edit summary, "Afghanistan did not make the booklet".

I am sorry this contributor didn't offer a fuller explanation for their challenge. The {{PD-Afghanistan}} tag is intended for works published in Afghanistan -- not for works that are official publications from a government of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan is not a signatory to any international copyright agreements, and has no domestic copyright law. I think, in our discussions of this situation, we have come to the conclusion that works published in Afghanistan are in the public domain, whoever published them.

Challenging the most recent nomination for speedy deletion[edit]

A contributor placed a {{Copyvio}} notice on this page -- an inappropriate one I believe.
