What is the minimum size required for this symbol?

This file is non-conformant and should not be used.[edit]

The specification for the 0-3 symbol (Grumpy Baby symbol) states that it is to be red and white. This file as-is does not qualify because it is a transparent image. It needs to have a white background to be conformant. "...may use the 0-3 symbol(the grumpy baby symbol!), The symbol must have a white background, red strike, and needs to be 10mm tall.
