This specimen is a female Aeshna cyanea, identified by the typical pattern on the abdomen. Moreover, Aeshna viridis puts its eggs only on plants of Stratiotes aloides. In the picture, instead, we see plants of Sedum spec. or something similar. -- Greetings, Fice 16:00, 1 July 2006 (UTC)
