Not PD-ineligible[edit]
This logo has its originality despite of using only text and three geometric shapes with the same colour. If you didn't know present Adidas logo and you were logo designer, it would be very, very unlikely the result of your creative actitivy was the same or very similar as this one. This means the logo meets essential requirements for creative work to be copyrightable. The logo can be used only on project with fair use exemption, however not on Commons. --Milda (talk) 07:53, 17 March 2010 (UTC)
