What kind of "upgrade" is this?

Can someone kindly separate the two different pics in the file? (I don't know how to do it.) In one of them the concerned person is in a civilian suit and in the other one in a military uniform. They are totally different shots; there is no "upgrade" here. I think this kind of "so-called upgrades" should be forbidden. Thank you. --E4024 (talk) 14:16, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
