Well I have investigated quite a lot and only found the web link. But I'm sure the author of the medival factbook (where this image was taken from) could provide the original source. Arnomane 00:56, 6 October 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for the effort, I guess I can only hope that if and when I, or anyone else, runs across copy of the image in a book, the book provides a reference. Dsmdgold 10:28, 7 October 2005 (UTC)
