The inscription on the engraving reads as follows:
- Lob u. Ruhm des löblichen Beckhen-Handwercks. Abbildung des großen Backofens bey dem im Junio 1730 gehaltenen Königl. Pohln. u. Churfürstl. Campiment bey Zeithayn zwischen Großenhayn u. Mühlberg, worinnen der große Strietz oder Kuchen von einem Dressdnischen Becken-Meister Nahmens Zacharias wohl ausgebacken worden; zu solchem großen Stritzel sind komen 18 Scheffel Weis-Mehl, so 21 Ct. 36 ℔ gewogen, 1½ Tonne Hefen, 326 Kannen Milch, 60 Schock od. 3600 Stück Eyer, 3 ℔ Muskaten-Blumen. Der Kuchen, welcher auf einen Schieber, worzu 57 Bretter gebraucht worden, durch Wallzen mit 2 Ketten u. 1 Thau in u. aus dem Ofen gezogen worden. Die Maschina war lang 8 Elen, der Strietz 18 Ellen in die Läng, 8 in die Breite, 1½ Schuch diek, u. mit 8 Pferden auf einen Gerüste ins Königl. Haupt-Quartier bey Radewitz geführet, woselbst mit einen großen Messer, wie ein Säbel (dasselbe war etliche Ellen lang), womite das Brod zerschnitten u. ausgetheilet wurde.
